I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful, though I wished it could have been a little larger. The service was top-notch, with everyone being so welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent, offering a peaceful night's sleep away from the city traffic. The dining experience was simply delicious, served in a unique and classic setting.

My stay at the hotel was quite delightful. The rooms were spacious and clean, although the walls were a bit thin and I could hear noise from other rooms at times. The room was also nicely appointed with special features for handicap access, which was impressive. The service was top-notch, with pleasant and welcoming staff who were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent, being convenient for all our activities in the Greenwood area. The hotel had a boutique feel with lovely plant decorations that added to its charm.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, spacious, and comfortable but could have been a little cleaner. The service was exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful, making me feel at home again. The location was great for exploring Uptown and beautifully decorated for Christmas, although it leaned towards the boutique side. The dining experience was a hit-or-miss with excellent tasty offerings but prepackaged and not very appealing options.
